Where is my card physically?
On a numbered shelf in the Zug strongroom. The shelf, the seal number and both custodian signatures are on the public ledger.
Who can take it out of the vault?
Only both custodians, signing together, after a member vote or your redemption request. Every exit hits the ledger.
What does the chain actually do?
It keeps the paperwork: who owns each card, how members voted, every audit. The card itself never leaves the shelf.
What if a card is damaged or lost?
Every card is insured at full replacement value. Holders get the payout and the incident report goes on the ledger.
How do I get my card back?
Request redemption in your account. Once both custodians confirm ownership, the card ships insured from Zug.
